Accessibility
The Congress Park Hanau is completely barrier-free. Our disabled guests have access to disabled parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the CPH. You can easily reach the event rooms on the first floor and upper floor using the elevator, which has braille buttons.
For seated events with free seating, please contact the security staff before the general admission phase. You will then be escorted into the hall.
Guide dogs are permitted.
Wardrobe
Visitors to theater and concert events will find our checkrooms in the historic foyer. The checkroom fee is €1.00 to €1.50.
Parking
There are 62 parking spaces available in our underground parking garage. You will find a further 230 parking spaces in the parking garage at the Heinrich-Fischer-Bad within walking distance. Please note the capacity display board at the Heinrich-Fischer-Bad.
Box office
The box office in the historic foyer usually opens about one hour before the event begins. The payment options depend on the organizer. Please enquire in advance with the respective organizer or at the Congress Park Hanau administration office by calling 06181/2775-0 or sending an e-mail to info@cph-hanau.de.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
