The flexible room concept makes the CPH attractive for events of all sizes – whether in person, virtual or hybrid. For online conferences, streaming events and hybrid formats, we offer excellent technical conditions and in-depth expertise for personal consultation.
Livestream
We are happy to operate the camera at your event at CPH and transmit the signals to an external streaming server. The live stream of your event can be integrated into your website or distributed via a video platform.
Hybrid congresses and conferences
Organize live at CPH with a defined number of people plus additional live participants. Interactive participation is an alternative to visiting the conference venue. The virtual congress or conference participants receive all relevant information via their own hardware and can participate interactively, for example in surveys or voting.
Digital meeting room
CPH provides digital meeting rooms – also as a supplementary format within a face-to-face event or advises and supports you in setting up your own digital meeting room. The format is suitable for direct interaction, for example for coordination meetings with customers or service providers or for internal communication. In the digital meeting room, 2 to 25 people can meet and collaborate without any effort.
Virtual seminar
If a face-to-face workshop is not possible or not desired, the seminar via the World Wide Web is a good alternative. Up to 1,000 people can take part. In addition to a suitable room, we also provide the camera technology and the expertise of our team for your web seminar.
1000, 500 or 100 participants, classic format with row seating, parliamentary or town hall meeting with 360° arena – our rooms and we can do it! We offer the appropriate technology for all conference formats, always state-of-the-art of course. Live stream, multimedia, simultaneous translation, sound and lighting – you tell us what you have in mind and we will advise and assist you with the implementation.
For formats such as World Café, Fishbowl or Open Space, but of course also for classic seminars and conferences with presentations, discussions and working groups, you will find suitable rooms at Congress Park Hanau. The stimulating atmosphere of our event rooms, the excellent equipment and the best technical conditions provide optimum support for all conference formats.
A car as a stage star, a wedding carriage in the congress hall? The powerful freight elevator at Congress Park Hanau makes it possible. This is why the CPH is also a popular location for new car or classic car exhibitions, vehicle presentations, road shows and kick-offs for event organizers from the automotive industry.
There are many occasions to host a ball as a socially recognized and image-building event. As a ballroom, the Brüder Grimm Hall is often the first choice for organizers of spring balls, graduation balls, carnival balls and other dance events. For stylish dinner dances or festive occasions such as anniversaries, honors or handovers of office, we also recommend the Concert and Theater Hall at Congress Park Hanau due to its special atmosphere. Both halls also provide a prestigious setting for banquets and are ideal for receptions with many guests.
The concert hall at Congress Park Hanau is acoustically designed to meet the highest demands. Equipped with a large stage, state-of-the-art stage technology and an iron curtain, the concert and theater hall with up to 800 seats offers optimal conditions for every cultural format. Throughout the year, symphony concerts, classical ballet, musical and dance shows, theater performances, cabaret and comedy and much more take place here. For chamber music concerts, we recommend the Chamber Music Hall, named after Landgrave Alexander Friedrich von Hessen, which can accommodate up to 177 chamber music fans.
