OUR ROOMS
Our multifunctional Brothers Grimm Hall measures 871m2 and can be divided into 3 sections. Particularly appreciated by event organizers: the room-wide glass front provides a view of the adjacent castle garden.

The concert and theater hall of the CPH is named after the Hanau-born composer Paul Hindemith and is considered by experts to be one of the best concert halls in Hesse due to its acoustics. The Paul Hindemith Hall offers 619 square meters of event space and a total of 800 seats in the stalls and on the tier.
Equipped with a large stage, sophisticated stage technology and an orchestra pit that can be used on several levels, the concert and theater hall hosts concerts, musicals, shows and theater productions all year round. Acoustic sails and a special curtain for concert music turn symphonic concerts into outstanding listening experiences.
In addition to cultural events, event organizers also like to book the CPH concert hall as a keynote hall or as an additional break-out room due to its special atmosphere and warm color scheme. The flexible seating allows it to be transformed in no time at all.
The foyers surrounding the Paul-Hindemith-Saal can be booked: Südfoyer, Zwischenfoyer and the Foyer Henriette Westermayr (historical foyer) with its 1950s charm.

Whether for social events, press conferences, small-scale meetings or exclusive networking, the CPH Lounge offers a stylish ambience. Its unusual architecture also makes it an exciting backdrop for live streaming events.

Almost 200 square meters are available on the first floor of Congress Park Hanau for conferences, seminars, lectures, workshops or product presentations. Four of the five conference rooms each offer 35 seats in row seating. The fifth conference room is slightly larger and can accommodate up to 55 people. Conference rooms 1-4 can be combined using variable partition walls, so that a total of up to 144 seats are available.
The conference rooms offer a magnificent view of the castle garden with their continuous wide glass front and provide direct access to the ground-level terrace, which can also be used for events. The rooms are therefore suitable not only for conferences but also for banquets and other festive occasions.

Our “Landgrave Alexander Friedrich von Hessen Hall” is a true classic: with 147 square meters of usable space, it offers room for conferences and lectures for up to 177 people. With parliamentary seating, it has a capacity of 84 seats. The bright conference hall with its striking beamed ceiling is also suitable as a seminar room, for receptions and stylish banquets on a smaller scale. It lives up to its nickname as a chamber music hall thanks to its excellent acoustics.

John Groom’s “Hanau Painting I” sets visual accents in the open, light-flooded entrance foyer. The spacious layout of the foyer opens up a wide range of possible uses for event organizers. Trade fair organizers such as the Hanau Wedding Fair, the Job Fair or the Hanau Health Fair like to book the space in the entrance area as a representative exhibition space. In addition, everything is possible in the entrance foyer, from festive receptions to exhibitions and dance performances.

The Anton Wilhelm Tischbein foyer is directly adjacent to the conference hall on the upper floor. It is often used as a catering area or for accompanying exhibitions during congresses, conferences and meetings. The Anton Wilhelm Tischbein foyer includes the CPH terrace, which – like the glass front in the conference hall – offers a view of the palace gardens. The foyer of the congress area is therefore also the perfect lounge for gala events or banquets.

The intermediate foyer connects the modern congress area with the historic Stadthalle. It is particularly popular with event organizers due to its versatility. It is just as suitable as a gallery for art exhibitions as it is as a traditional beer garden, lounge or dance floor and is often booked for special catering events. The intermediate foyer can be booked in addition to the concert hall and the congress hall.

The historic foyer, named after Henriette Westermayr, has been painstakingly restored with great attention to detail. Cool marble and 1950s charm give the room its character and lend urban elegance to the entrance foyer of the former Hanauer Stadthalle. The historic foyer can also be used for events in the concert hall and conference room (Landgrave Alexander Friedrich von Hessen Hall).

The bright Klaus Remer Foyer is the perfect space for art exhibitions, but is also frequently used for smaller receptions or catering events. Exhibitions from the Kunst im CPH series have been held here regularly since 2004. The historic walls form an exciting contrast to the large glass front facing the street.
The foyer adjoins the concert hall and is connected to it by doors. Organizers can therefore also use the Klaus Remer Foyer for cultural events and galas in the concert hall.
