People with disabilities can also visit us.

• There are extra parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  These parking spaces are in the underground parking garage under the Congress Park.
• You can take the elevator to all rooms.
  The buttons in the elevator have dots for blind people (Braille).
• The staff at the entrance will help you to find your seat.
  This applies if you have a seat ticket and also if you are allowed to find your own seat.
  Let us know before the door opens.
• Guide dogs may be brought along.

Checkroom

There are checkrooms in the historic entrance area (Stadthalle).
You can leave jackets and bags there.
This costs 1.00 to 1.50 euros.

🅿️ Parking

• There are 62 parking spaces in the underground parking garage under the Congress Park.
• There is a large parking garage nearby at the Heinrich-Fischer-Bad.
  There are 230 additional parking spaces there.
• A display shows how many places are still available.

🎫 Box office

The box office is a ticket counter.
It is located in the historic entrance area (“Stadthalle”).
It always opens 1 hour before the start of the event.
